Deaerator Vessels
A deaerator removes oxygen and dissolved gases from boiler feedwater to prevent corrosion in steam systems. There are two types: tray-type, with a domed deaeration section, and spray-type, where the vessel serves as both the deaeration section and storage tank.
Mild Steal Vessels

Multi Cyclone Dust Collector

Blowdown Vessels
AEM Blowdown Vessels are designed to meet PED requirements and Standards Safety Guidance, operating at 7 barg pressure and 171°C. They feature flanged-type connections for efficient use.
Blowdown Heat Recovery Vessel
Continuous boiler blowdown removes suspended and dissolved solids, improving water quality and efficiency. Madden systems recover 90% of lost heat energy, reducing discharge temperature and offering a payback in under 12 months through fuel and water savings.
Air Pre-Heaters
Air pre-heaters in boilers preheat combustion air by transferring energy from hot flue gases inside thin-walled tubes to the cold air outside. This efficient heat recovery reduces fuel costs and improves overall efficiency.
